Furniture entrepreneurs participate of mission in Central Asia
Project of the Ministry and Apex takes Brazilian furniture to Turkey, Cazakistan and Uzbekistan

Between 25th of September and 4th of October, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Commerce (Mdic), in partnership with the Departments of state and of the Agriculture and with the Brazilian Agency of Promotion to the Exportations and Investments (Apex-Brazil), is carrying through a commercial mission to Turkey, Cazakistan and Uzbekistan. Are participating about 26 companies - the furniture sector is among the 15 chosen sectors to participate of the mission and is being represented by the companies Bertolini, Fiasini, Poquema and Sisasul. In accordance with Ana Caroline Bellucci, analyst of foreign commerce of the Mdic, the participant sectors had been chosen on the basis of studies of the ministry that had pointed companies with significant potential of sales in one of the countries contemplated in the mission. According to it, the initiative will provide diverse business chances to the participants. "The three countries were presenting high taxes of growth before the crisis, and exactly now their economies seem to be recouping themselves well above world-wide average. Thus, there is space for the entrance of the Brazilian furniture of high quality", detaches Ana. In accordance with the Ministry, the objective of the mission is to identify businesschances and to diversify the Brazilian exportations for non-traditional markets. This year, the Mdic already organized missions to Africa, Cuba and to Latin America.
