Moreover, the fair counts on expositors who work with technology for wood used in the civil construction. In day 16 of September, the organization of the Xylexpo, fair of suppliers of machines and equipment for the furniture sector, sent an official notice to the press speaking on the accomplishment of the Technodomus. "In a complex and difficult economic moment - where each and all organization, institution and company would have to be joined to defend an industry whose leadership seriously is threatened - we are forced to waste energies with intention to fight against decisions that certainly are not of the interest of the concept "made in Italy", affirmed Ambrogio Delachi, president of the Acimall. The Italian association of the manufacturers of machines and tools for wood, by means of the Cepra, its executive arm, is the organizer of the Xylexpo. The Xylexpo is carried through each two years, in Milan. The 2010 edition occurs of 4 to 8 of May, ten days after the accomplishment of the fair in Rimini. Beyond the proximity of the dates, the fairs have the type of displayed product in common - machines for the furniture sector - and the geographic proximity, since Rimini, located in the Italian coast east, is about 320 kilometers of Milan. With the risk to lose expositors and visitors, the organization of the Xylexpo left clearly in its official notice that will fight for the leadership. "We are ready to face this challenge and to defend the leadership of the Xylexpo by means of all the necessary ways", Delachi said. Already in this friday (18), it was the time for the biggest manufacturers of machines of Italy to pronounce on the two fairs, also by means of an official notice to the press. In the anouncement, Cefla and the SCM Group had affirmed that the official notice of the Acimall represents a positioning that caused divergences, fruits of meetings carried through in the last months. The three companies, who are responsible for about 50% of the Italian production of machines, according to official notice, had confirmed its participation in the fair of Rimini, at the same time where they announce that they will not be present in Xylexpo. The main reason for this choice would be the cost-benefit in participating of the Techonodomus - the companies had participated of the first edition and affirm that the gotten results had been positive. Still in the official notice, the companies affirm that had expressed regret for not being able to share with the Acimall a strategy who, believe, will be a success.
